Ἤδη δὲ οἱ ἐν σαθρῷ οἰκοῦντες σώματι καθάπερ ἐν πλοίῳ πλέοντες παλαιῷ οὐκ εἰσὶν ὕπτιοι, ἀλλʼ ἀεὶ εὔχονται ἀνατεταμένοι πρὸς τὸν θεόν.

Those who dwell in a decaying body, as though sailing in an old ship, are not careless, but always pray with their hands raised to God.
