Ἀγοράζει δὲ ἡμᾶς κύριος »τιμίῳ αἵματι«, δεσποτῶν τῶν πάλαι τῶν πικρῶν ἀπαλλάσσων, τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν, διʼ ἃς »τὰ πνευματικὰ τῆς πονηρίας« ἐκυρίευσεν ἡμῶν.
