Τὰ μὲν γὰρ δεξιὰ πρὸ τῆς τοῦ φωτὸς αἰτήσεως προηνέχθη ὑπὸ τῆς μητρός, τὰ δὲ σπέρματα τῆς ἐκκλησίας μετὰ τὴν τοῦ φωτὸς αἴτησιν, ὅτε ὑπὸ τοῦ ἄρρενος τὰ ἀγγελικὰ τῶν σπερμάτων προεβάλλετο.
