Refutation of All Heresies 5.6.7

Authorship disputed: The work names no author. Book 1 was long printed among Origen's works as the Philosophumena; after books 4–10 were found in a manuscript from Mount Athos (published 1851), it was assigned to Hippolytus, the usual view today, though some scholars ascribe it to another Roman writer of the same circle. Books 2 and 3 are lost, and book 4 lacks its beginning.

Summary: The Naassenes say the three natures came together in Jesus, and there are three kinds of church: chosen, called, and captive.

English · Claude translation

All these, he says, the intellectual and psychic and earthly, have passed and [come down] together into one man, Jesus who was born of Mary; and these three men, he says, spoke together at the same time, each from his own substance to his own. For according to them there are three kinds of all things: angelic, psychic, earthly; and three churches: angelic, psychic, earthly; and their names are chosen, called, captive.
