Πῶς οὖν, εἶπον, ὁ εἷς τῶν τριῶν γενόμενος ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ, ὁ καὶ εἰπών· Εἰς ὥρας ἀνακάμψω πρός σε, καὶ τῇ Σάρρᾳ υἱὸς γενήσεται, φαίνεται ἐπανελθὼν γενομένου τῇ Σάρρᾳ υἱοῦ, καὶ θεὸν αὐτὸν ὄντα ὁ προφητικὸς λόγος κἀκεῖ σημαίνει; Ἵνα δὲ φανερὸν ὑμῖν γένηται ὃ λέγω, ἀκούσατε τῶν ὑπὸ Μωσέως διαρρήδην εἰρημένων.

“How then,” I said, “does the one of the three who was in the tent, who also said, ‘At this season I will return to you, and Sarah shall have a son,’ appear to have returned when a son had been born to Sarah, and there too the prophetic word indicates that he is God?
