at enim nos exsequias adornamus eadem tranquillitate qua uiuimus, nec adnectimus arescentem coronam, sed a Deo aeternis floribus uiuidam sustinemus: quieti, modesti, Dei nostri liberalitate securi spem futurae felicitatis fide praesentis eius maiestatis animamus. sic et beati resurgimus et futuri contemplatione iam uiuimus.

But we adorn our funerals with the same tranquillity with which we live; nor do we bind on a withering garland, but we await one living with eternal flowers from God. Quiet, modest, secure in the generosity of our God, we quicken the hope of future happiness by faith in his present majesty. So we both rise again blessed and already live in the contemplation of the future.
